The SpringboardUX ASSIST program allows customers the peace of mind of having the very best EnterpriseOne UDO expertise on hand to assist your team with no long term obligations. You simply purchase a number of hours of support upfront. AS you request support these hours are consumed. These hours can also be used for consultancy assistance such as designing or building UDO content like composite pages or orchestrations.

How It Works

SpringboardUX ASSIST offers assistance to EnterpriseOne customers globally, who have already embarked on their UDO and Orchestration journey. We can offer a helping hand to get your work over the line and into Production. The ASSIST program offers access to SpringboardUX expertise that can help your team to overcome the issues that you encounter on this unique journey. This could be anything from roles and security setup, data validation, setting up graphical reports to building Orchestrations. You purchase a number of hours upfront and these hours can be used for any of the services we offer.
