SpringboardUX offers a subscription-based model that offers Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 customers the opportunity to work with SpringboardUX in order to learn from and buddy with UDO experts in order to leverage UDOs and build personalize content including Orchestrations and Composite Pages. The training/buddying is delivered over a period of weeks dependant on availability of the customer team and the level of depth required. This means we can fit in with your workload and other commitments. The service is flexible and can cater for organisations of all sizes. The skills required to build complex UDOs include traditional JDE functional and technical skills plus a range of other new skills.

SpringboardUX’s proven way to get customers up to speed and self-sufficient in the use of this technology is by buddying. It offers unrivalled expertise to work alongside your time as and when you are able or available thus fitting in with existing work commitments. As part of this learning experience, SpringboardUX will build the first few personalizations with the customer team buddying. This allows the customer team to identify where personalizations are the best course of action and then to learn how to effectively design and build personalizations with a focus on orchestrations and composite pages. This will include the required technical and functional skills along with data validation and security. Areas often targeted are business process automation, integrations and improving efficiency of key processes or roles. By starting with quick wins, the benefits can be seen first hand.

This service is designed to offer flexibility to organisations of all sizes and the tailored offering will include some or all of the following elements: -

Personalizations within EnterpriseOne may offer an alternative to customizations. In order for personalizations to work as designed the underlying EnterpriseOne security model should be designed around roles.

Each of the above reviews is optional and will vary in length for each customer dependent on the current setup and future requirements. A security review is recommended as it will ensure that the underling security model is suitable for use with personalizations which are typically role based. A customization review will highlight current customizations that can be replaced or enhanced with personalizations. Anintegration review will highlight current integrations or new requirements that can be built using personalizations. A process automation review will help to identify customer processes that be shortened saving time and improving data accuracy. Each review offers benefits and potential cost savings to the customer. Required reviews can be included within the tailored service as required.
